It would be one or the other, but if you're choosing levitation/telekinesis, then in order to use his telekinesis he's got to be within 15 feet of the object. Smaller ( and lighter ) things he can manipulate longer and larger ( and heavier ) things he can manipulate for only a short time. In either case he'll tire from excessive use.
