♥️♦️♣️♠️
WHO: Everybody
WHEN: Day 78, Post Game.
WHERE: @ Fallout Shelter ( for the winners ) & south of Twilight Lake, 6ft under ( for the losers )
WHAT:
[ Team ❤️ ( Jill, Ciaccona, Megumi, Monika ) & Team ♦️ ( Lyney, Mydei, Kaveh, Ratio ) & Team ♣️ ( Diluc, Jing Yuan, Lahabrea, Vil ) will all come to in a claustrophobic coffin six feet underground in the field that all of this craziness started in. you're still suffering from the hallucinations, paranoia, & honesty! which should definitely be a good time for somebody trapped in a wooden box. as for the necrosis, well, that seems to have taken care of itself... but once you're able to move and inspect yourself some more you'll find that you've got shrapnel from the collapsing bunker lodged in you. nothing fatal, but it's definitely painful and very likely bleeding. it can *only* be removed *with help*. you can't remove the pieces on your own. ]
[ Team ♠️ ( Brant, Aventurine, Castorice, Jayce ) & EVERYBODY ELSE will get a text message once the game ends with the coordinates of the woods that your friends are currently buried in. a follow-up simply says bring a shovel. this is probably confusing to those who didn't participate, but they'll find out what's what soon enough. ]

Are you still alive in there?
[ He is plucking the whole thing out from the ground and hoping he didn't disturb the grave of an actual dead person. ]

...how useful.

Are you all right? What happened this time?
no subject
We were set to kill each other with a card game as a front. As is typical for me, my luck was abysmal and my team had no chance of winning.
According to the laws of probability, it certainly shouldn't happen this often. Perhaps that gambler is right. Perhaps a force called "luck" does exist.
no subject
It must if he wins this often. Did he not also win a trip to the hotel last game? Are you able to heal yourself at least, or should I direct him here to help?
no subject
I'm certain he will come collect me before long, so no need to worry.
...right now... you have... quite a lot of eyes, Sunday. That is not what you normally have.

no subject
No. I must learn how to see properly again. I will overcome this nonsense.
Allow me to observe you.
[ He's just going to stare unblinkingly at Sunday now. ]

The illusion should not extend to touch or sound from what I have observed. It is me underneath it all, though whether or not you still think I am a monster regardless, I cannot say...I know my behavior in the past had at times proven inexcusable.
no subject
I'd ask how you're feeling, but even I know that's a stupid question.
no subject
Indeed. Likewise, I don't need to ask how you're doing, though I am certain that gambler did not make it easy on you.
[ especially after he stopped responding ]
no subject
He was upset, but he didn't make things any more difficult than they already were. I'd say he's a big reason why we won in the first place.
no subject
...were my hand not forced, anyway.

[ He eyes Aventurine, his vision swimming in front of him. He makes an attempt to fight it off, blinking several times. ]
...fine. I managed to conserve enough oxygen so there was no damage done while waiting to be rescued. Trying to escape on my own would have been a fruitless endeavor, and largely cause more harm than good.
