[ Team ❤️ ( Jill, Ciaccona, Megumi, Monika ) & Team ♦️ ( Lyney, Mydei, Kaveh, Ratio ) & Team ♣️ ( Diluc, Jing Yuan, Lahabrea, Vil ) will all come to in a claustrophobic coffin six feet underground in the field that all of this craziness started in. you're still suffering from the hallucinations, paranoia, & honesty! which should definitely be a good time for somebody trapped in a wooden box. as for the necrosis, well, that seems to have taken care of itself... but once you're able to move and inspect yourself some more you'll find that you've got shrapnel from the collapsing bunker lodged in you. nothing fatal, but it's definitely painful and very likely bleeding. it can *only* be removed *with help*. you can't remove the pieces on your own. ]

[ Team ♠️ ( Brant, Aventurine, Castorice, Jayce ) & EVERYBODY ELSE will get a text message once the game ends with the coordinates of the woods that your friends are currently buried in. a follow-up simply says bring a shovel. this is probably confusing to those who didn't participate, but they'll find out what's what soon enough. ]

You said it wasn't an appropriate shape, then mentioned Adelinde of all people, then I explained that it was just the right shape because it was a gift specifically for you.

Of course I'd never get Adelinde a gift like that. Gifts are chosen specifically with a person in mind, usually.

You asked "who deemed what shapes are and aren't appropriate for a candle" implying that you were talking about societal values. You didn't mention anything about it being appropriate for certain people or relationships until after the fact. [ He did stop, to wait for Kaeya. ] You then implied most candles were shaped like dicks anyway so what did it matter.

You're also ignoring that Adelinde would scold you for gifting me this type of candle anyway, regardless of our relationship and that it was specifically for me.

[ Hearing the noise of Kaeya falling and his voice call out, Diluc does stop. Turning around to run back to Kaeya, kneeling down next to him and trying to help Kaeya get up. ] Kaeya, are you okay?

[ It's probably endearingly funny to others--and probably Kaeya himself--how quickly Diluc can go from a raging fire to concerned embers when it comes to Kaeya. ]

[ Turns his head and just lays there a moment. ]

...I'm fine. The only thing that's wounded is my pride.

[ That's extremely embarrassing. He sits up and rubs his cheek, which appears to be unscathed, thankfully. ]

[ Diluc reaches out and brushes some of the dirt off of Kaeya's face, gaze lingering to make sure he really is fine. Since he is, however... ] I imagine so, a root? What happened to your fancy footwork?

[ Closes his eyes as Diluc touches his face, then leans back and shrugs. ]

What can I say? Your backside is just too captivating. I wasn't looking where I was going as a result.

Hmm. [ He rolls his eyes. ] Sure.

[ Pay no attention to the silly little scratches on his palms as he shrugs. ]

[ Taking one of Kaeya's palms to kiss, Diluc murmurs against his hand. ] Come on, I won't destroy the candle.

[ He starts to pull Kaeya's up to his feet, not letting go of his hand. ]

[ He feels his heart clench a little at that, but he doesn't let it show on his face. ]

...Right.

[ Allows himself to be hauled to his feet, keeping his hand right where it is in Diluc's. ]

You know I meant no ill will when I made the thing, right? It really was meant to be something to laugh over since this place is, well... the way it is. You know.

[ Turning his head to look at Kaeya as they walk towards their home together, Diluc smiles. ] I know. And it's not ill will, I'm simply... prudish when it comes to something like that. [ The least he can do is admit to it, seeing as Kaeya fell face first. Speaking of. ]
