the pinegrove apartment building looms over the cul-de-sac and casts its imposing shadow, which might normally cause problems if not for the impressive number of lights its equipped with. this is where the majority of shadowpeaks residents live. the floor plan is nothing to sneeze at, and each apartment will feature accents in your sin colors and have a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, & 2 bedrooms. the front door will also have a crest with your sin brand on it. they'll also have electricity, running water, and be minimally furnished ( ex. pots, pans, utensils, beds, sheets, chairs, & tables ) - any additional decor can be either found or won ( in games ).

if you'd like to broaden your horizons ( and expand your living situation ) then you can always leave the pinegrove apartments in favor of moving into one of the empty houses framing it. there are two types of floor plans, but the only difference is the size. like the apartments your accent colors will depend on the sins inhabiting the house as will the crests on the doors. you'll also get a minimally furnished house.

🎇 all of the previous upgrades belonging to your sin's original houses are still available, but now they exist in a shared pocket dimension - so if kaveh and neuvillette both open the door to the spa, then they'll end up crossing paths in the spa. in your character's new homes they'll stumble across a couple of different doors labeled with sin brands corresponding to theirs ( and their roommates ) with the upgrades residing behind them. *note* that only a wrath can open a wrath door and only an envy can open an envy door even if they happen to be living under the same roof - robin can't open the door to wrath's pool, but sunday can invite robin into wrath's pool.

in either case ( apartment or house ) you'll find a severely aged brochure that feels familiar...

Wrath has received an indoor pool in their basement level, designed to resemble a fantasy mermaid grotto. The walls and ceilings are made of natural stone with a faux waterfall streaming down one of the walls, providing the pool with fresh chlorinated water at all times. The pool itself is modest in size and only eight feet in depth with small, rustic lanterns lighting its perimeter to create an intimate atmosphere. Next to the pool, there are six reclining pool chairs where members of the Wrath house can relax, read, and “sun” bathe. If the pool water is too cold for them, they can also use the heated jacuzzi at the north end of the pool that comes equipped with three different settings should they wish to either be gently or vigorously massaged by the water jets.

Wrath's kitchen is a harmonious blend of nostalgia and modern efficiency, where rosy tones and red accents create a warm, inviting atmosphere in a large, welcoming space meant to make culinary memories in.

The cabinets are painted a soft blush, and the countertops are a smooth, warm granite that’s perfect for preparing meals, with windows adorned in adorable little curtains for the right, homelike mood.

Modern stainless-steel appliances, including a sleek oven with red vintage-style knobs and a matching refrigerator and large freezer, stand side by side with traditional touches like a large farmhouse sink and open shelving displaying rosy porcelain dishes and heirloom teacups, and cabinets stocked with mittens and towels and cleaning supplies to keep the space spic and span!

The central island, topped with butcher block wood, offers plenty of space for meal prep and doubles as a gathering spot with bar stools for hosting guests. The drawers are stocked with polished stainless-steel cutlery, their handles adorned with subtle red detailing, while rosy-colored pots and pans hang from a rack overhead. You'll find all you need to keep the space clean as well, while red-handled utensils are neatly arranged together with jars on the countertops, ready to assist with any culinary creation.

An attached large pantry provides ample space for storage for treats, and carving room with washing space and all the necessities one needs to slice and dice, provides a separate location to prepare even the most complicated game meats, as well as providing ample freezers and storage and ceiling hooks for curing and more.

Soft light filters through rose-patterned curtains, casting a warm glow on the polished oak floors, and and the kitchen self-cleans and sanitizes every twelve hours. How could anything ever go wrong here?

At the front is a single-door main entrance with their brand and painted in their other color, and the sloped ceilings above have six evenly spaced apart panels that can be propped open for heat exchange. Inside are a series of raised beds, empty, in long lines down the length of most of the structure with enough of an aisle to fit two people side-by-side between them. At the very back of the greenhouses are a series of storage shelves made of wood panels, which contain a few simple gardening tool sets, a series of empty pots in ascending sizes from seedling-small to sapling-large, and some chain-and-bowl hanging pots that can be hung from eye hooks along the ceiling beams. In the corner there are a couple of large empty drums and hosing set aside for a drip irrigation system to be configured however the team wishes.

Lust will find that their basement has become a game room. A comfy dark pink couch that can be rearranged in a number of ways surrounds a large TV that, unfortunately for them, only plays toy commercials. A couple of flirty area rugs are scattered around the rich hardwood floor, and there's ample storage in the way of cabinets, shelves, and closets. In the largest closet is where they'll find all the basketballs, pucks, mallets, and hardwood balls for their arcade basketball, air hockey table, and skeeball machines ~~there's 3 in a row~~. A DDR machine also sits in the corner trying to coax you into playing with its upbeat music and flashing lights. ~~It can be turned off.~~ A bunch of board games are also stashed in that closet ( including Dream Phone & Mall Madness ) alongside a small stack of crossword, sudoku, and word search books.

Lust's bathroom has expanded, with a sliding partition to divide the wider room. Along one wall stands a long mirror and two deep sinks, each shaped as two halves of a broken heart. The drawers on either side of each sink pull completely out to extend the counter, with false bottoms that open up to become pop-out vanities. Underneath the sinks are also foldable heart-shaped stools to sit on while one tends to their appearance, makeup and skincare and what-have-you. At the far wall on the same side as the sink are two toilets equipped with ✨fancy bidets✨.

Across the room, past the sliding partition, is a large heart-shaped jacuzzi tub with an overhead shower head on the ceiling, and a retractable shower head at the tub's lower tip. The overhead shower has varying intensities, but it primarily feels like rain; if you want a more direct and intense—ahem—pressure, the retractable shower head has a number of options, including soft mist and bullet massage. There's no escaping the mirrors on this side of the room. You can pretty much see everything from here.

Complimentary glitter-and-rose-petal bath bombs sit in a little basket at the edge of the bathtub, as do hotel-travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizing lotion, and even perfume. You can't find any neutral scents here, though—all of them, without fail, carry provocative scents. To say the least, anyone who bathes with these products are sure to turn noses and heads.

Lust's kitchen is a spacious, open-concept kitchen bathed in soft blush pinks and rose gold accents. The high-gloss pink cabinetry and white marble countertops with pink gradients create a chic and elegant aesthetic. A large island, with a built-in sink and rose gold faucet, doubles as a breakfast bar with plush blush velvet stools.

Top-of-the-line appliances, including a professional-grade gas range, double oven, French door refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher, are seamlessly integrated. The mosaic tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and open shelving with rose gold brackets add style and functionality, while the windows welcome in natural light and allow for easy ventilation to seduce the neighbors with pleasant scents (should they get in close enough).

A connected walk-in pantry with organizers allows for even more effortless storage together with the cabinets with more than enough room to store necessities and utensils! As a bonus, the laundry room continues the pink theme with matching cabinetry, with a paint of color over their regular washer and dryer, and added storage.

The light oak hardwood flooring and large windows enhance the space with warmth and natural light, and the kitchen comes with an amazing self-cleaning feature. No messes to be found after twelve hours each time, but do try not to break the appliances...

Greed has a shared bathroom that combines both elegance and functionality. The bathroom features two separate toilet stalls, ensuring privacy and comfort with bidet in each stall and an ample toilet paper.

The central area of the bathroom boasts a pair of full-service showers, each enclosed in glass and equipped with a variety of settings from gentle rain to a powerful massage jet. These showers share a common area, yet are designed to maintain personal space and privacy.

A standout feature is the private double bathtubs, set under a stunning domed ceiling that enhances the acoustics and overall ambiance. These bathtubs are perfect for relaxation, with enough space for two people to unwind comfortably, all in their own space that works as its own bathing room.

The bathroom is accessorized with all the essentials in a closet- robes and towels are readily available, along with a selection of high-quality conditioners, body washes, lotions, and soaps. Alongside the already described features, the bathroom includes professional-grade hair dryers, conveniently mounted near the mirrors for ease of use after showering or bathing.

Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with advanced self-cleaning technology. This system automatically sanitizes the toilet stalls, bidets, showers, and bathtubs, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene without the need for manual cleaning every twelve hours.

Greed's Musical Study Hall looks partly like an ostentatious orchestra pit and partly like a chic café lounge: the shape of the room is rectangular, with its dimensions following the golden ratio, and it walls gradate in material to reverberate sound further into the room, all to create the perfect acoustics. At the same time, comfortably plush couches and loveseats scattered around the near end, along with a coffee table and book stands, make the area equally appealing to just hang out in.

In the far end of the hall, the floor depresses a couple of steps to create a simple stage, where stand a number of instruments—an upright grand piano, a couple acoustic guitars, a simple scale of kettledrums, and one(1) ukelele. The walls here round out to create a bulbous tip which, along with the ceiling's height and acoustical panels, create a sort of miniature concert stage. Cushions line on the steps in sections for audience member comfort, should they wish to listen to the performance up-close and personal.

Almost a third of the way through the room, two wall partitions slightly narrow the room, with acoustic paneling on one side and fiberglass on the other, creating a partial divide that insulates musicians from the sounds from the other side of the lounge, such that they may concentrate on their performance unhindered. Modular sofas sit against the partitions, with book-stands next to them atop which reading lights stand for those who'd like to do some evening study, and closer to the door sit a couple of single-seat and two-seat couches surrounding a low coffee table for any Greed pow-wows.

Of course, it wouldn't be Greed without a display of wealth: from end to end the room's walls are flaked with layers gold, patterned to recreate the surface of a gold ore—tasteful flaunting, rather than the gaudiness of solid gold from wall to wall. Similarly, the furniture uses gold as an accent, coffee table made of marble with gold veins running through, book-stands made with a minimalist design of brass frames and glass panels, and reading lights made of stained glass and embedded jewels.

Notably, while sound travels well from the pit to the lounge and not so well vice-versa, the whole room is additionally layered in fiberglass to stifle noises made outside the room. It isn't completely soundproof, but it does make the room the ideal place to get some quiet time. Noises made inside the Musical Study Hall are similarly muffled, so the rest of the house can enjoy quiet when a concert is in session.

A new state-of-the-art entertainment room will suddenly appear attached to the Greed House’s living room. It is a cozy area about 450 square feet in size and contains bright, colorful bean bag chairs, an antique chess table with matching chairs, a table for tennis that can be reversed into an air hockey table, a billiards table that can be reversed into a poker table, a pinball machine, and a flatscreen TV with a VCR player and a Nintendo w00 with two w00motes. Sadly, there are only three bootleg games available to play on it at the moment: Mona Arizona: The Dress-up Game, Starjackal, and SilverEye 666. The large industrial windows on the east-facing walls allow a good amount of sunlight through the room during the day, but if you wish to make the area more exciting for the evenings, a switch on the wall will trigger a pink and glittery disco ball into dropping, one that displays hot pink lights as it spins. There is also a built-in panel to trigger some ambient Mona Arizona hits to go along with her game.

A door with a familiar crest on it leads to a spacious, well-lit area designed with high ceilings which not only provide ample space for activities, but also enhance the feeling of openness. The flooring throughout the gym is a mix of high-quality rubber mats and interlocking foam tiles.

The foam tiles are installed beneath all of the gym equipment to absorb impact and reduce noise. There's a range of strength training equipment, such as a power rack with adjustable bench, free weights, and a selection of barbells and dumbbells. there are also specialized machines for exercises like leg presses, lat pulldowns, and cable rows. For cardio workouts, there's a high-end treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bike. There are also a few exercise balls and kettlebells sitting in the corner, while a nearby shelf has resistance bands, yoga mats, and aerobic steppers.

The pankration ring is surrounded on all sides by the interlocking foam tiles in an attempt to provide some cushioning and safety if you're knocked ( or thrown ) out, because unlike a normal wrestling ring there aren't any padded corners and springy ropes. It's just an arena to brawl in.

A wall-mounted flat screen tv is installed for watching the collection of workout videos provided, all of which are hosted by the famous Richie Simons. They can also just put on some music and go at their own pace. Each Greed will find sweatbands in their favorite color, so they can workout in style.

A small wet bar is available nearby with a mini fridge stocked with bottled Shadowpeaks water. There's also a convenient sink and first-aid kit for when someone inevitably gets hurt. The gym is also equipped with a high-efficiency ventilation system to maintain air quality and temperature control, which is important in an enclosed space.

Pride's new spa-bath is a true luxury retreat, adorned in their signature purple colors with amethyst and citrine gem accents in the ceiling and walls to bring a magical, starry environment into this peaceful space. Mood lighting accompanies it all, promising quite the relaxing mood once you enter here- and the skylight framing that is embellished with crystal quartz will occasionally catch the natural light to create soft rainbow-like reflections across the space.

At the center is a grand soaking pool bath with added jets and mood lighting, while a suspended gem chandelier under a domed skylight provides a calming ambiance of sophistication. Prefer a smaller bathtub to fill with rose petals and read a book in? A private section provides two near the rain showers for your individual enjoyment!

A separate section features double rain showers with frame-less glass enclosures and privacy mists when someone is within, along with many options for a pleasurable experience. Misting, jet sprays, fragrant waters are all among the options to enjoy, and these drain and sanitize after every use. Amazing! And of course, private toilets with hose and bidet cleaning are tucked away in alcoves providing full privacy and odor elimination post-use. You'll have enough toilet paper, but don't expect to get more back if you use any of it to throw at anyone else's home out of spite!

The faucets and sinks are elevated with elegant small gem inlays across the edges, while the cabinets come fully stocked with all one needs for their experience- soft towels and robes in whatever sizes one needs, sanitary napkins and necessities and makeup removing wipes, headbands for those facials and masks, and a product cabinet with luxury shampoos, soaps, moisturizers, oils and creams as well as bath salts and dried flowers. While these unfortunately cannot be given to anyone else outside of Pride, they are certainly welcome to visit and indulge in them.

The massage beds in a separate, private section with decorated walls for privacy, are covered in soft silver fabric that replaces and sanitizes itself after every use, and incensories provide a gentle mist for the ambiance. The glittering ceiling gems change color with a soft glow to add to the mood- bring a companion to enjoy yourself, or go hands on. 😉 The accompanying sauna's wooden benches are lined with silver and purple cushions, with moonstone accents in the wood to provide a subtle ethereal glow when hit by the ambient lighting.

All of this comes together to create a luxurious space- and lucky for all, full sanitation and cleaning happens every twelve hours. It's like those bloodstains weren't even there!

If Envy ever finds themselves with an abundance of wood, they can head down to their fabulous new workshop. It’s a rustic-looking room in their basement level with tools hanging up on hooks on the wall and splayed out across various steel shelves and racks. They can find anything there from screwdrivers, pliers, tape measures, mallets, and hammers to power drills and soldering irons. A cabinet next to the entrance will contain several pairs of safety goggles, gloves, and hard-hats because safety first!

A large fancy woodworking bench lies at the center of the workshop where they can lay out their various projects, and at the edge of the bench, they can find a built-in circular saw and several different blades to help them achieve that perfect slice. They will also have access to an orbital sander, hand files, and a variety of other tools to help them with precision cutting and molding. While they’ll have to gather their own raw materials, they will at least start with a pile of fresh logs left on the woodworking bench along with a few sheets made of steel to get them going.

In the depths of the Gluttony household is their sound proof recreation room. A comfy dark orange couch and two recliners in sit front and center, surrounding a large TV that, unfortunately for them, only plays infomercials. There IS a VCR attached, but they'll be hard pressed to find any VHS tapes. A couple of interesting area rugs are scattered around the rich hardwood floor, and there's ample storage in the way of cabinets, shelves, and closets. In the largest closet is where they'll find all the pucks, mallets, cues, racks, billiard balls, and foosball balls for their air hockey, billiard, and foosball tables respectively. A DDR machine also sits in the corner trying to coax you into playing with its upbeat music and flashing lights. ~~It can be turned off.~~ A bunch of board games are also stashed in that closet ( at least 3 different versions of Monopoly ) alongside a poker chip set.

Sloth's Spa-Bath is a spacious, tranquil space that merges themes of water and space. The walls and floor are adorned with smooth, glossy tiles in soothing shades of light blue and green, evoking the serene essence of Earth viewed from afar and nature with the decorative plants around the walls. Mood lighting is thoughtfully placed to mimic the soft luminescence of distant stars, enhancing the subtle, celestial ambiance.

In the heart of the room, a grand floor tub invites bathers to unwind in waters that remain clean with an internal self-cleaning system that immediately flushes out impurities once it is done being used. Close by, a luxurious rain shower with multiple nozzles offers the soothing experience of a warm, gentle downpour, complete with a sparkling glass mosaic that resembles the Milky Way.

Beside these water features, shelves are stocked with a variety of replenishing towels, disposable underwear and robes of all sizes, cosmetics, rejuvenating shampoos, soaps, fragrances and bath products, each carrying natural scents like ocean breeze, fresh rain, floral and aromatic herbs, designed to cleanse and refresh while invoking the expansive calm of both sea and space.

Next to this aquatic space, a modern sink with a waterfall faucet complements the water theme, and a state-of-the-art sauna built from light wood and glass offers a panoramic view of the room, reinforcing an atmosphere of openness and tranquility, with a completely segregated space with a massage platform with misting for privacy, and an extra enclosed private bathroom area with replenishing necessities and sound and scent privacy.

It is a space of serene retreat, where the elements of water and space harmoniously blend to create a peaceful escape from the everyday. It also mysteriously cleans itself completely every twelve hours.
